Founded in 2016, MEDkeen Solutions® began by consulting with independent physician clinics and has since evolved into building technology designed to help address real-world challenges in healthcare. In 2026, Khalilah and her team launched Decode My Care™, marking an exciting new chapter for the company.

Khalilah founded MEDkeen Solutions® with the goal of bringing a nurse’s perspective to complex healthcare challenges. Over the past decade, that vision has grown from consulting into technology solutions and government contracting.
Her latest innovation, Decode My Care™, was created after seeing how much patients and caregivers must manage once a medical visit ends.
Khalilah describes this period as the Post Visit Gap™ – the time when medical instructions, symptoms, follow-up care, work, family responsibilities and costs all meet real life.
Decode My Care™ offers guidance for what comes next while helping organizations identify where additional support may be needed.

In April 2026, Khalilah was celebrated as a member of the University of Phoenix’s inaugural Alumni Luminary class, recognizing her accomplishments and contributions beyond the classroom.

Khalilah pitched Decode My Care™ at Plug and Play’s Health Innovation Lounge, showcasing her healthcare technology and vision to an innovation-focused audience.
🎖️ VA PathFinder Innovation Repository
In August 2026, Decode My Care™ was accepted for inclusion in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ PathFinder Innovation Repository, an internal resource that helps VA staff identify innovative solutions for potential collaboration.
🎖️ A Meaningful Military Opportunity
She was selected for the inaugural Field Commission Intensive at the Military Influencer Conference. As a military spouse, the opportunity held special significance and added another meaningful milestone to her journey.
