● Vision- We’ll look clearly at what it looks like for you to be healthy, living a healthy lifestyle
● Exercise/Movement- What exercises nourish your spirit, rejuvenating you? It’s different for each person.. Rather than fitting into an exercise program, you’ll learn to find one that inspires you to be you. One that makes you feel good, connecting you to your passion and joy
● Well Being-We’ll look at all the ways you can incorporate well being into your daily practices as habits. Habits that hold you accountable to your vision, and keeps you moving- literally and figuratively
● Sacred Space- A value system of health and well being that fuels your passion, happiness and success. The one essential that is missing from most people’s busy lives and the foundation for success.
