Finding a way to move and stimulate your body during the workday is cumbersome.

Yoga for the Workday is an incredibly intelligent and functional movement experience to arouse your
day. Through movement, you experience a level of freedom, focus and follow through necessary to
succeed in your day to day tasks. There’s no magic, it’s understanding the flow and synergy of you,
all of you body mind spirit.
